yeh theyve changed it around this FM, it seems harder to get even low valued regens from obscure clubs. i play as Plymouth in th championship so i try look for good regens in the africa(really hard to get work permit unless theyve been capped) or the Scandinavian or Ukraine,czech etc... good regens that dont cost 10 mil or more.
