I agree, as I have notice it as well. And this have happened with Silviu Lung jnr as well.

He plays in Romania's top leagua Liga 1 for Universitatea Craiova. His value is around half a million and i usually pick him up for £1.5m. He is brilliant, and ready to go into your 1st team straightaway. I always find him by always loading all players from Romania even on a medium database.
