Simple 4-4-2 for lower leagues

Hey guys, i'm a new member here but i've been playing fm for about 6 years now.
i always start careers with lower league sides because its a great aim to get to the top league. my current one is with luton. as much as i love finding great new tactics, i do prefer just the simple tactics. any good 4-4-2 tactics or anything similar good for lower league sides?

Aa an answer, I have made some simple 442s that suits lesser teams that can be found in My tactic thread( also à sticky ). I am referring mainly to the villa and Bolton approach. As ALWAYS though , the key to succes is to play to your strength. If you have Quick strikers, then use this fact and play direct balls into channels etc etc.
