Hello,
I've created a tactic wich brought me huge success. I've started with Monaco, then moved to Man Utd. Currently I'm at Real Madrid, and have to say that this tactic is working wonders for me with every of those clubs. Since I can't be bothered to upload screenshots, here are some of my results:
Season 1
MONACO - Won the Ligue 1, French Cup.
Season 2
MONACO - Won the Ligue 1, reached Semi-finals of ECC.
Season 3
MONACO - Won the Ligue 1, French Cup, ECC runners-up...lost on penalties.
Season 4
MANCHESTER UTD - Won the Premier League, FA Cup.
Season 5
MANCHESTER UTD - Won the Premier League, COC Cup and the ECC.
Season 6
REAL MADRID - Still in progress.
Altough I've set the mentality at Control mode, you can change it to Attacking to get even better results. I use Control when playing away against big teams.
For training, you can leave everything up to your assistant manager and coaches, but make sure that you have the best possible staff. Also match preparation, team talk and all that, you can also leave to your Assistant, but hire somebody who is really excellent.
Please try this tac. and report back to me...

I'm on 14.1.3. but I don't think it matters...
 
I've uploaded the tac. Just download the attachment and try it. Everything is already sorted out.

I haven't tried it on 14.2...I use this tac on 14.1.3. and I really do have amazing success. I would like if someone could try it on 14.2 and report back please. We can maybe improve it even more together.
 
Currently testing this with a mediocre side in the Swedish Allsvenskan, will report back with results. (patch 14.2)

I was 10th in the league with Djurg?rden before the game crashed. Extremely inconsistent, I could play okay against better teams but lost to teams I should have beaten.

Thanks for the input. Did you set the mentality to Attacking or Control? I've manage to finish the season with Real Madrid without a single defeat :) Maybe it does matter on wich update you use it. I'm having great results on 14.1.3. But I don't know how to update to 14.2, because I downloaded this from torrentz. I would like to update to 14.2 so I can tweak the tac to work as well as on 14.1.3

To update just quit FM and steam, then reopen steam and make sure ur steam is online then it should automatically update

Control. Played entertaining football at times, but had bad luck with injuries and I got caught on the counter far too many times.

I've got a message from a member. he gave me the link where I can download the 14.2 patch, so after I adjust my tactic to work with this new patch, I will post it again here. Until then, wish you all luck...
 
There is no singular tactic that wins everything, sure the first season you might dominate, but the i will figure it out sooner or later. always decent to rotate tactics every now nd again.
