So I signed a Moroccan regen and had to wait a year for him to to turn 18 and transfer to italy (half french)

I just signed him and looked at his personal page and it says he has basic knowledge of Italian! He hasn't been at the club more than 4 hours! (He didn't know Italian when we agreed on a contract, that is something I would have noticed)

So when did SI put in players learning the language of the nation they are transferring to before they transfer? This is something I've always wanted, but I've never actually seen and didn't think it existed...

I've always wanted them to learn while they're getting ready to move. I once had a player loaned for 3 years at a feeder to get a permit, and he still didn't know basic English.

I always think that the majority of the Englsh national team should have their only language as English (basic), purely based on the rubbish they spout during press conferences, there are apes in London Zoo with a better grasp of the English language than Rio Ferdinand...

Bit harsh. Heard some of the chav kids trying to speak? Half the time I swear it's listening to some form of alien dialect

As a Dane, I most say that Wayne Rooney's dialect is so hard that it is almost impossible to understand anything he says. He might know the language, but the words which are coming out of his mouth are impossible to understand. I think Fernando Torres is much easier to understand, it's very lame.
