Skin not working..

I know there is loads of topics on skins but j can't seem to find them, I'm using my phone (tapatalk app) to browse..

I'm creating the skins folder in the football manager 2012 folder but when I ask to re load skin it keeps loading the default skin (dark)

I really don't know what to do to add the Fahrenheit skin!!

is skin cache unchecked and always reload on confirm checked?

Yeah, checked the folders and I go into the football manager and created a skins folder along with the graphics etc but it's still doing it!! Its really annoying cause I'm following what people are advising and I never had this problem last few games
