Skin Please

Hi there i was wonderin if some wonderful skill person would possibly make a Skin for Doncaster Rovers please?

The trouble that i have is that i do like alot of the new skins on here, though due to having issues with my eyes i cant see things properly or, things are a lil darker and im unable to read some of the tex and such.

My ideal Skin would be:-
Dark back round with readable tex colors
Light border so that you can see the calanader at the top with regards the up coming events
Easy navigation, with the majority of drop down menu's on the right hand side, as well as the continue button on the right hand side also..

I would love if someone could make a Doncaster Rovers, or Arsenal Skin with my ideal preferences. To the extent that i would be willing to pay someone up to £20 for there time and effort into making this skin available,

if there is someone that would be willin to create such skin please mail me so we can talk more about it. If there is not then could someone recomend such a skin(s) that would suite my needs thanks

Seiousely that really dose suck though maybe someone might with this you never know, i would attempt to make my own, how ever dont know the softwhere needed to creat skins, or where you would down load the soft where needed

it takes ages for make a skin unlike kit, badge etc..
