SKIN PROBLEM !!!!

Have downloaded new skin (not the first time), extrtacted to skin folder in football manager. in preferences have unticked and ticked correct boxes but new skin does not show up on drop down menu, however previous downloaded skin is still there along with original preloaded skins, currently using a downloaded skin but fancied a change.
Would be grateful for any help.

and these skins are in the exact same folder as the ones that are showing up in the drop menu ?

Try taking them out of their sub-folder or putting them into one if they aren't already
