skins not loading! followed guide! plz help!

ive notcied im not the only one having problems so hope someone can help plz, ive intalled skins before and not had any problems and can see what im doing wrong, skin cashe is unticked and have put the skins in correct folder however when i load the game up and go to preferences and go to change the skin it just shows the basic two fm skins,

plz help!

Can you tell me what folders are inside your skin folder please.

ive sorted it now mate thanks anyway i think it was because i tried to install more than one i tried dong one at a time and it seemed to work but thanks anyway!
