Does anyone ever make a nameless manager and go on holiday for 10 - 15 years or so, so teams are mainly regens then take over someone? I find this quite fun personally.
No not to take over as manager of a team but I have done this a few times to check what players and staff are doing like who's managing the biggest teams in the world and see what former players are doing.
