What are good, young-ish buys for League 1?

Are there any players who would be interested in joining me (Bradford City), who will end up being championship/prem quality?

Also, if i'm trying to sign an oldie, and he asks for a loyalty bonus, what is a good amount to offer?

Finally, if you're a big club, and you can have feeder clubs, is there any way to be a feeder club for a bigger team?

right now, i think i'm set for strikers, got wells, hanson and some backups

do you know any good midfielders who'd be willing to join a mid/top half league 1 team?

I highly recommend Joao Texiera from Liverpool, I had him on loan in my first season at Orient and he did magnificent. He got me 11 goals, alongside 18 assists from the midfield. Some other midfielders are Dean Parrett and Papa Bouba Diop who are both free transfers. I managed to sell Dean Parrett in the second season to Blackburn for 2.2m, which is nice. :D

I also highly recommend looking at Luke Giverin at LB. He has some incredible stats for a young LB, on a free. I wasn't initally going to sell him to Milwall, but they offered me 1m, in which I could sign two promising LB's for the future, so it was a smart move.
 
Highly recommend David Bentley, play as winger support, got brilliant delivery so gets loads of assists
 
the wages i can offer is at a max of 2.2k to anyone, and thats with wages set at max :/

this is going to be alot harder to do than i thought.. nobody will join me!
 
Make sure you keep Kyle Reid and Stephen Derby, I had them both for Mansfield League 2, League 1 and Championship. Derby is my captain, Reid scored and assisted, tho is a little inconsistent in championship.
Same with Eric Odhiambo.
Also look at Ryan Hall, Leroy Lita, Khaled Al-Rashidi, Michael Doughty, Ryan Mason and Chris Clements

so stupid at the beginning, reid is in the u21's and up for transfer/loan

and ill have a look at those guys!
