slight concern

my players all have a slight concern that i don't give the team credit and are considering theor options
this may sound stupid but how do you give a team not just one player credit

During team talks at half time and once you have fished encourage them - if you draw agasint a team beter than you dont say you are angry, tell them it was a good effort. And if you win say you are thrilled with the win.

Don't go over the top though. Sometimes it isn't the best thing to tell them you're happy all the time. Their expectations drop substantially unless you keep them on their toes.
