What do I do if a player has slight concerns with his role at my club when he is my first team keeper which I just signed? And also what should I do when a player is struggling into the new area?

if the player is a youngster asked a senior squad member to tutor him, can help at times

with slight concerns i always get "worried by managerial lack of discipline" i think that may just be because i chop and change my team quite often for matched

offer them a new contract. signing that settles them down. a good run of performances/wins usually helps too. successful team 99.9% of the team equals happy players. praise can help too i had hatem ben arfa at villa, he was constantly becoming unsettled and couldnt live in the area blah blah. i praised him nearly every week for a season, next season he signed a new contract, settled down and won world player of the year!!!!
