Hi all,

I seem to have a slump in form every season but never know how to get out of it.

Is there something I can try or you can suggest?

I tried team meeting but it didn't seem to work!

Any help appreciated

Stu.

Try better tactics, pretty much. Watch the games to see WHY you're not doing well.

I find being quite expectant in team talks.

Expect to win

get a few people happy or motivated

then go to Defense - I believe there is more to come from you

Midfield I believe there is more to come from you

Attack I believe there is more to come from you

Pretty much everyone should be happy or motivated. Even works when the player has been in unreal form, Jovic on 60 goals in 30 odd matches....yeah more to come from you pal!

Try to change up your tactic/approach. In my latest save I had relatively good success with Leicester City. I was playing a more defensive/counter-attacking 4-1-2-2-1 set-up. We were beating the lower teams and had draws against Arsenal, City, Chelsea and Liverpool leading us to comfortable mid-table. But then we went on a run of about 12 or so games with no wins and a handful of draws and plunged into the relegation battle.

So I switched to a more attacking 4-2-3-1 thinking if I'm going to go down I'll go down in style. It paid off as we won all of our last 6 games including a 5-2 win over Man City and soared up to finish 12th.
