Small league To Big League

Hi guys im starting a new game and i was just ondering what is a small league to make into a big one. I want the league to have a decent a mount of team like say over 16, a sort of big country with a allright national squad. Thanks i advanced to all the answers <3 love .

Try the Italian Serie C. Pretty fun to manage. Good challenge as well.

If you want a decent challenge start in the Portuguese, Dutch or Scottish top divisions. The Bundesliga is also great. Good teams and its going to be a challenge to be successful in Europe.

i turned Swedish Premier League into a three and a half stars league in 10 years. in the first competions chart it was 104th, now it's europe's fifth league ahead of dutch and portuguese league. got that through two Euro Cups and constant presence in CL elimination rounds
