small question about transfers

hi just wanted to confirm somthing if i buy a player say ronaldo for £120 million £20 up front and the other £100 when he scores 50 goals if he gets to 49 goals and then i sell him that means i only have paid £20 for him does that work or do madrid get the money somehow ???

edited the heading as it was spelt incorrect and had too many exclamation marks which I hate

clubs usually do not accept these conditions anymore.. in the older FM's you could

if he does not score 50 goals then Madrid will not get the money.. but there might be newer clauses etc with the new game.. have not played enough to check it out..
