So few Quality Coaches?

I just bought the game earlier, playing Man City for a familiarization of the game.

ManCity only got 1 senior coach, and he sucks, so I was shopping for attacking coaches, and there are so few quality attacking coaches (attacking, technical,discipline, motivating, determination)..

Why is that? I get some, but they are originally under - ** head coaches. And the discipline,motivating and determination stats are really low in the game compared to last year.

And also, i got so many Under-18 coaches, should I fire them? do they count against staff availability slots?...

gotta play it after this stupid meeting im at.

U18 coaches do count against staff availability slots. There are many 4.5 star attacking coaches, iirc, although yeah, definitely toned down from last year.. Sergio Zanetti and Rodolfo Borrel are a two I've used, who are pretty decent. Although, yeah, you can buy lesser quality coaches, and send them on a coaching qualification course. I believe the best is Continental Pro License, so you can keep sending them to obtain qualifications, until that's done. That'll improve their coaching level also.

Tosh Farrell for attacking or shooting, Marcell Lucassen best for ball control... I sign them in every save..

You'll have a fair few of them are at clubs and wont leave so get marked as unrealistic.

Do you have many leagues loaded up? A lot are at random clubs that may be preventing them from being loaded in if you have the leagues loaded.

Sorry to ask what may sound like a stupid question but what do you mean when you say about having leagues loaded may prevent them being loaded from random clubs?

If i'm not that big a team i'll sign Josep Segura and Angel Vales who are Unemployed, if your a big team then Tassoti from A.C is great, as is Carrera from Juventus, also Rene Matuesstatin (spelling awful) is going to be unemployed till the next update (with fulham now) so he would be a great coach.
