with 38 yo on my empoli game at serie A just to tutor youngster at a wage of 4800/week.. was that good or not? ;o
 
Not really a bad thing,wages arent huge and could still play a few games. Good to tutor a few talented youngsters.
 
Also try and tie him up in a coaching role through interaction and offer him a contract as a coach/player coach

seems impossible.. it says that he "definitly wont stay in football" anyways, he signed contract little ago.. ill try later on to see if i have any luck
 
Yeah he probably wont come round until his second year, I just put him in my reserves and put him as the reserves captain tutor some youngsters and praise the heck out of him. Constant interaction builds a relationship then you start asking advice from him for signings etc and he will come round. Took me until 2013 on my Middlesbrough save on 11.2 to get him on board lol
