Sok commentary pack

i have just downloaded the sok commentary pack for fm 2010 and i am extracting it with winrar but when i try to replace the events file it says the following message:cannot create events access denied. Would anyone know what this means or a solution to this please.i am desperate to find out. Thanks

The only thing I can think of is to make sure you replace the file when Football Manager is not open, and when it is open, it will be accessing the events file.

Either that, or you may need to change the permissions of the file by right clicking the file, pressing properties, and changing it on security...although for a more thorough explanation, depending on your operating system, it may be worth looking on Google.
