Some finance problems

Hi, I'm managing a Croatian club Cibalia, and playing FM since 2001/2002. Ok I have a few questions.

First is about finances, last season I made €63 mil., and my expenses were €32 mil. But, then the shareholders kick in, I had to give €20,6 mil. to them. To me it sounds way too much. So question is, what does the amount rely on? Total income ?

Second question is about reputation, I have won Champions league a few times now, and my reputation is still continental. Question here is how do I get it up to worldwide?

Third question: Is it possible that my TV revenue from domestic league will increase in the future? At the moment, I get € 1,5 mil a season from TV revenue.

Theres no way to change it im afraid and its based on profits made.

Keep winning and it will increase.

Very unlikely it will change.
