I have been testing the training out
i have been useing hidden stats and FMRTE
i use FMRTE to make the best couches and use as meny that would be alloud for each club
in two sessons with westham i found that your players wont reach there peek no matterwhat i got the closest to 1 point away
witch is ok one point away is max
i found the youger you got then the better thay made bigger jumps per year
which you would have thought anyway i have no clue if thay would peek
i would have thought if you got a player young anought and played the same team till he was 22 or 23 and had him from 15 or 16 he might.
it would take a long time playing and TBH i get bored to fast to try :)
now btter stats dont nesserily meen better players
some young lads i got play CONSISTANLY 7.00 and above every game (pritty much )
and some who have better stats play **** and imo wont be of any use becosue of bad games
Now there worth keeping if you choseyour game carfully and build up there confidance
but how can you do that if your in the prem were every bad game meens points given away
now loaning players works the same as training your self (pritty much )
so my advice is to loan them out to lowere leugues and get match experiance .
I think this is the best way to do it
Now the second team i used was intamillan
thay have a better youth setup and training facilities
so i got bigger improvments per year
so my avice is to bye young good players for all top teams like manu mancity and so on
thay will make improvments and in say 4 years become usfull players if you can keep them interested in staying
so to summerize
the game works like its supposed to :)
1 last thing i dont agree with what some scouts say about young players
look at there stats IE CDs if thay have **** strength or have realy low pace dont bother becosue bye the time you get them up in heading and stuff i dont beleave there pace will be up high anough to be affective
Now thats just my view
have fun chaps
