hello....!
I just need a little advise please, in my second season with
leeds utd after winning the play offs in the first season im now in the prem.
Im 6 games in and have only won once, and the way were playing i can see us going back down and feel im not doing alot wrong but would like some of you pro's to have a look at my tactic (screenshots) and give me any advice to what may be going wrong. i use player instruction for everyone, ideally im going for the old school man utd under ferguson style..? but not sure if i have correct mentality style etc...

thanks

ok whats wrong with tempo..i sometimes change to much higher away from home which worked last season but not now..hold position for who? cheers

It seems like you is playing a traditional 4-4-2 and to be frank traditional 4-4-2 is a straight forward suicide if you is playing in top league such as BPL. I'd say you need to change your tactic shape since the modern football usually use 5 midfielder tactic so you need to at least use a DM to break their attack. That's all I can say for now, if you want more tactic advise just ask :)
Cheers mate :D

pl3rious - by normal tempo do u mean dont click higher or lower ?
gerard hawk - cheers your right i just prefer that way of playing but looks like it will be my downfall.
i do have a question though...how important are individual player instructions and opposition instructions..?
i see some tactics people close down every player like the guardiola way but if u dont have to fitness to do that it wont work...

The way you set player instructions is depends on the way you want to play. Let's say you want to play Tiki-Taka football; you will put the player instruction to pass shorter and dribble less. It's just an extra tool to make your team replicate the way you want them to play more precisely.

As for the opposition instructions, it's very important especially against a tough opponent. Let's say you is against Barcelona; you either want to mark: A)Xavi/Iniesta to disrupt their play OR Messi/Suarez/Neymar to nullify their threat depends on where you feel your team is strong.

PS: Normal tempo is achieve depends on you team philosophy. More attacking tactic will have higher tempo by default so clicking the Lower Tempo TI will give you a normal tempo while more defensive tactic will have slower tempo by default so clicking Higher Tempo TI will give you normal tempo instead

Cheers :D
