This may be a stupid question, but when im creating a new manager its asks your past playing experience. I just wanted to know whats the difference between Professional footballer (Regional) and Professional Footballer (National) ? Is National the same as Internation footballer? Im a little bit confused!

Reputation levels.

Well know in your area, nationwide or internationally.

Football League, Premier League, Full International.

I thought International Footballer meant playing for you country? So what does Professional Footballer (National) mean?

Professional football who never played for his country or was well known world wide.

Pro (Regional) -> Jamie Vardy 3 Years ago
Pro (National) -> Jamie Vardy Last Year
International -> Jamie Vardy Now!!

So International Footballer does mean he's played for England?

And what did YOU choose as past playing experience if you don't mind me asking?

Yes International Football means you have been capped.

I always choose Professional Footballer (National) because it allows spending more points on the attributes :)
