Hello although i have posted this already in the laptop/pc questions section i have yet to have a response and i want to go and buy the laptop im after before closing time tonight.

Please help

I couldnt play fm2010 on my current laptop which has this spec http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/advent/laptop/8315.htm

But im looking at getting a new one and im looking at this one http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/toshib...86941-pdt.html

will it be ok for fm2011? also how well will it run the match engine and how many leagues should i be able to run comfortably? im abit worried about the graphics card but my step dad says that as its 64bit operating system rather than a 32 bit it will make the processor faster as its 2.1ghz and thats close to being borderline for the game spec

thanks in advance lads

PC System Requirements

  • OS: Windows XP/Vista/W7
  • Processor: XP : 1.4GHz or Faster, Vista/W7 : 2.0GHz or Faster
  • Memory: XP : 512MB RAM, Vista/W7 : 1.0GB RAM
  • Graphics: 128MB Supported Chipsets - Nvidia FX 5900 Ultra or greater; ATI Radeon 9800 or greater; Intel 82915G/82910GL or greater. Earlier cards may only display 2D Match Viewer Mode and are not supported
  • DirectX®: Version 9.0c (included)
  • Hard Drive: 2GB
  • Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible

you can get better for not much more cash

really. even though the processor is abit on the borderline?

also the graphics card not a problem?

celeron processors are fairly poor tbh. You should be looking to get a core 2 duo really

the laptop that Craig posted would be the best deal out of the laptops posted on this thread

We have those laptops in school and I hate them so much ! The numberpad thing is irritating as all the keys are to the left :@
