Sorry for being dumb

I know I'm probably gonna be docked points for this, but hey, I'm new to this, and so a tad stupid. I have two problems:

1. How do I get one of those pictures at the bottom of the page where it shows what club I manage, top scorer etc..

2. Does anyone know if/when there's a Legends database being released like there was last year, containing people like Pele, Bobby Moore etc..

Sorry for being dumb, I am being a noob, but please help
