Perhaps my favourite movie theme is "In the house, in a heartbeat" from the 28 Days/Weeks later films. I think the song is brilliant and one of the best soundtracks imo ;)

This is good ****. period.
 
Surprised Hans Zimmer hasn't been mentioned yet, Inception was a good movie on its own, but it was made great by the score. Johnny Marr guested on guitar too, which is a pretty cool collaboration if you ask me.
