Southampton 3rd season - need transfer advice

Hi, I am about to start my 3rd season with Southampton and managed to finish 5th last season whilst winning the F.A. First team doesnt look too bad, could go a few ways with spending the money. Maybe spend on youth? Or is there one position you feel you want to improve?

I have good prospects coming through so wouldnt be too pushed to buy young. Probably look to spend on a top class playmaker or wing back?

I signed Denis Aogo on my swansea save, and although he's a little pricey and stats arn't world class he played excellent for me, in another save he's still at Hamburger SV and playing very well. Might be good for a LB

How should one play Queintero? I have him but not sure how to play him or Ahmed SOukuna and whats the best formation to play with S'hampton
