Ok so I just finished my first season in the Premier League and finished 7th and qualified for the Europa League via winning the Carling Cup. I'd like to strengthen my goalkeeper as Joe Lewis isn't really playing that great. I have 30m to spend on players. Also might look at strengthening my right back even though I have Chris Gunter and Eric Lichaj.

Who should I get? Also not looking for players over 24 because I want them to be around for awhile and I wanna sell them before they hit age 28 for a challenge I am doing.
 
There are a few good French and German full-backs. Get your scouts to scout out their teams and look at their defences, you might find someone special.

As for GK, see if you can crowbar Tim Krul out of Newcastle. If they do badly (which they often seem to do) he's willing to leave.
 
Tim Krul moved to City already but I thought about it. Still not sure on the right back or a goalkeeper.
