Put players to play with reserves until match fit...
Never ask players to do better than they already do... And when you play derbies tell them to make cash of fans worth paying for...
My first 4 games in Championship were 4-0 1-3 6-1 1-2 All wins...
Put Lambert as captain and Fonte as vice ( it will make difference trust me )
Training: Set pieces to team work with high workload at first 5-6 games...
