Southampton board confidence

So I'm in 2nd season with Southampton and the board are not happy because of lack of signings from Italy. I don't understand it since I made 3 signings from Italy already: Luca Marone, Nicola Murru, Loris Bacchetti.

Anyone has experience about this?

I think these conditions reset on a yearly basis too. So maybe you haven't bought anyone this season?

well, it's strange because those signings I mentioned were made this season. Btw, I tried to discuss philosophies with the board but nothing changed.
