Well, i won the Npower, with a good loan team, and now , i have 66 Millons of dollars to expend, any recomendations of players ? i need every position because, the one's i have are very bad for Premier league i think.

It's worth checking players that are available for free or whose contracts expire in 6 months who you can sign.
