Does anybody know any good tactics to use while managing southampton

If speaking about overall strategies( and not uploaded supertactics) , I would say that à flat 4411 Will be à good starting point. I would chose Counter as the main approach and play agressive along with more attacking wingers and more creative MCs against most opponents.Dont be afraid to combine this approach with lots Of Width and using overlaps with the aim to stretch the opponent.

Against teams you respect more, I would play more Narrow and give the MCs the roles Of ballwinners rather than playmakers.

The reason for My suggesting this approach is because IF you get promoted, you can use the same approach for the coming years in the EPL.

I use 4-2-3-1 but move the Am's to a wider position and player counter and make them run t defence, i got southapton to the EPL and also play Billy Sharp
