Okay this is my second attempt at a story and i thought that i should try and go a team ive never tried before! i am totally new to he lower leagues and would appreciate any help alot from the readers!
Southport are a small club in the Blue Square North League and the club was formed in 1881, the most successful period was in the 1970s having won the 4th league tier. The club has become known to many as the Sandgrounders.
However in an amazing coup chairman Charlie Clapham has managed to sign ex-professional footballer John Dickinson as manager, however despite the lack of experience in the lower leagues of english football, Mr Clapham is confident that Dickinson can help the club reach new heights on the footballing stage!
I hope the readers will enjoy this just as much as me!

The Sandgrounders Get Off Too A Bad Start!
Southport FC first five games are as follows:
Southport 5 - 1 Gloucester
This was one of those games were everything hit the net, incredible hat-trick from Daly the main highlight
Blyth 1-1 Southport
had a comfortable lead however in the last 15 mins Blyth piled on the pressure and a own goal from Lever condemned Southport to a draw
Ilkeston 2-2 Southport
Incredible defensive fragilities were shown today, a confusion in the box lead to the first and a corner lead to the second goal being conceded, however Daly was on hand to rescue me from a draw!
Southport 1-2 Stalybridge
Southport played extremely well in the for 65 mins but concetration was lost and the outcome was 2 silly goals conceded
Alfreton 1-0 Southport
In truth Southport were completely outplayed in this match and was lucky to escape with a 1 nil defeat.
any screenshot just ask (H) also any advice would be appreciated
