Spanish 4th division in FM 2013 (Tercera division)

So I started FM 2013 with Sevilla and the 1st season the Sevilla B team were promoted from Segunda to the 2nd division but the Sevilla C team hasn't been promoted to the Segunda division. So, is do the Sevilla C team get promoted to Segunda or not. Also can anyone give a download link for the Spanish Tercera aka 4th division (some of the links don't work)

Promotion of C team needs to be earned, is not automatic with the promotion of the B team.

I tried to use the file in the game but the Spanish leagues will not open as it says that 20 teams are needed for Divisiones de Honor but it only found 19, so if you could further help me it would be appreciated.

Are you using other databases?.

For FM13.0-13.2 this is the one to use

Okay, there was one Honor division with 18 teams while the rest have 20 and seems I forgot, so the divisiones de honor were set to min and max of 20.

I've updated the files.
