Spanish-Portuguese, how similar are they?

I mean, if your team speaks one language its perfect for team understanding.How similar are spanish with portuguese?I am mixing Latin and Portuguese players in my team.

You can mix them. There will still be cohesion problems as they don't speak the same language, but they'll pick up the language much quicker, since it's a "related" language from the same "family".

IRL we can understand each other in basic terms, but ingame, i dunno if they are treated like German and english.

Is this case, you are right, it will be easier to learn.

Also, it would be interesting to see how Finish works, since their related languages and Hungarian and Korean....
