Specific Player Instructions

Sorry if there's already a thread.

This is a thread for how to instruct players to play individually. As this year's FM has presets for different roles for eg. A CM can be ball winning mid, a playmaker etc.

Let me start this off by asking how do i play John Obi Mikel.
Please take a look at the screenshot and answer according to his attributes.

John obi mikel is absolutely ball winning midfielder, coz one things you have to look is his strength. its 20! so sure he is a rhino (6)

but his tackling and marking aren't good enough and he will concede too many fouls.

I have Fletcher box to box
Marek Hamsik advanced playmaker...or something to that effect
I had Rooney on Advanced forward, changed it to deep lying...magic
Berbatov's my Advanced forward, sometimes I change him to poacher
Evra on supports
Rest of defence on defend
Two wingers attack(Valencia and Silva) seem to be doing ok

i think so ...
but you can try give him role as 'box to box midfielder' ..
