Specific Players after a successful first season..

So, I had my first season with Man United on 14.3, and it was brilliant. I'm planning to replace certain players, and already have replacements in mind, I just would like second opinions regarding it.. I got an initial transfer budget of 60 Million $. Nani can be sold for 44 Million $.

AMR/AML - I generally use both wingers and IF. Januzaj and Valencia were wingers, and Welbeck and Nani IF respectively for me. Nani has horrible mental stats for me, so I'm selling him to PSG. Welbeck has been okayish, whereas Valencia and Januzaj simply brilliant. Since I don't have too much money, who should I get? Shaqiri or Mats Daehli? Zaha is also coming back from loan, and I have Brandt coming in too// --->Shaqiri is available for around 25 Million $, and Daehli for around 16 Million $.

CM - I use BBM+DLP or BWM+CM. Atm, I have Fellaini+Hughes and Romero+Carrick, with Fletcher as backup. Who should I replace, with whom? Since Carrick is getting old too, I need some replacements. Powell is coming back from loan though, and I can use him as a BTB. I've had my eyes on Morgan Schneiderlin, James Ward-Prowse and Sergi Roberto. Ward-Prowse is available for around 30 Million $, Sergi Roberto for around 2 Million $(transfer listed), and Schneiderlin for around 11 Million $.

ST - So, my main strikers are Rooney and van Persie. Is Angelo Henriquez good enough to have a first team spot from the 2nd season? If so, who should I sell? Or do I need to buy anybody else? (Barbosa, Batshuayi, Ferreyra?)
 
Sergi Roberto is a beast on my save and Shaqiri is a god but Lamela is the best player ive seen in 2017 for City he averages about 15ogals and 20 assists a season!! Angelo Henriquez was top goal scorer for 2 seasons in league and then United sold him to dortmund for ?32m hes quality! and Morgan Schneiderling is a very good DLP i would sell RVP big wages and getting on abit and just Use Rooney Henriquez and Chicharito.
 
You need Shaqiri 100%. Animal playing in from the right.
Sergi Roberto always seems to do well for man city in my save.
Get rid of Fellaini, unless you like the arial presence he has but he always gets red cards for me.

Yeah, I always tend to get Lamela. But he's expensive - around 40 Million $ for him, while Shaqiri is around 29 Million. Also, I don't have Hernandez. My current strikers are RvP, Rooney, Henriquez, Timo Werner and Alberto Cerri. I've had tons of problems with Fellaini in the past, but in this version, he's actually pretty decent;; I play him as a BTB, and he didn't get booked the entire season, almost..

Also, Roberto over Ward-Prowse and Schneiderlin? It's a tremendous bargain for me then, cause Barca transfer listed him..;;
 
Also, Rooney's contract ends next year, should I bother renewing? I personally find RvP more useful than Rooney, so if Rooney's contract is not recommended to be renewed, I can just let it run out, and keep RvP for longer.. Although Madrid are willing to play 62 Million $ now, for RvP.

Yeah let both Rooney and RVP go, unless you're willing to pay ridiculous wages for some decent tutors.
With Fellaini, i found ward-prowse more effective in that position with Romero covering him. And Fellaini got a serious injury so i let him go for about 5 million in the end :/

Its interesting to see other peoples teams after a few seasons, you have barely anyone from the original squad. I tend to be loyal to most of the current team until they arent performing :P. i.e someome like cleverly although average compared to the midfielders i could have, over 3 seasons hes averaging 7.45+ always with double figures in assists and goals playing mainly rotation in AMC, it hurts because in real life he sucks and i want to sell him but cant lol.

A lot was spread over a few months as i was planning to sell up a lot of players the next season when their value was hopefully higher.

Yeah i wanted to keep the squad the same but most of it wasn't working. For example Nani and Valencia and Fellaini got horrific injuries. Evans was really good but got a decent offer for him. Vidic and rio retired. Cleverly was **** haha. Carrick retired. Van persie i had to sell why i still could!

Thanks, who did u replace RvP with?? People keep mentioning either Barbosa or Mitrovic? Would you recommend any others instead, obviously looking for 20+ goals a season man....

Gnabry has absolutely dominated for me on the left side as an IF. I highly recommend him, he was a scoring machine.
 
Roberto at 2mil is a no brainer. Very good investment. I think he turns out better then Ward-Prowse atleast in my save. Ward-Prowse and Schneiderlin are great players whos attributes are very good for the position but their PA is not elite.

For IF, I picked up Lorenzo Insigne during 2nd season for under 20m. Great player and if you can get him tutored that first year he'll a beast next season. Bruma isnt bad and can get him fairly cheap and he can develop into a great player.

ST. Every year I had a different leading goalscorer and it entirely depends what ST role you play. Poacher I would go with Barbosa, DLF or F9 I like Fierro. 3rd year in the DLF slot Fierro was my leading scorer with 18 goals on 25 appearances. Hes my starter for year 4.
 
I'm thinking of selling Robin van Persie for 60 Million $, and getting Kevin Volland. I'm not renewing Rooney's contract, so Volland will be my main F9 in a year's time, while Barbosa/Henriquez will be my Poacher/Advanced Forward. That sounds like a good deal, or should I go ahead with this regen, and keep van Persie?
