Just use player search 8-| You can set what stats you want for example pace, acceleration, stamina to be 17+ and put age at 17-21. You can find your players there. Once you have those stats set, go to 'view'(I think) and click attacking. Then click a stat that you want to be high, eg shooting. Also I would recommend they have a value of at least 750k. So you dont get a -2 player with those stats at 20.
