Allow me to disagree. Crouch is still useful as a target man upfront, he'll relish in Bale's and Lennon's crossing. Defoe and Pavlyuchenko are subpar for the team, however. In the end you'll need a more complete striker than what you start with, check out Lukaku or Babacar, or just find another one - there's plenty of striker recommendations over here.
In the midfield you're pretty much set for master class. The only thing you might be lacking is a good stand-in for Bale, but if you renew his contract during the first season you'll be able to keep him for a while and he's more than able to handle two matches a week.
In defence I'd suggest finding some future replacements for King and Gallas. Gallas asks too much for a contract renewal and he'll be fading from the second season onwards. Look for people like Kyriakos Papadopoulos, Phil Jones, Nicolas Otamendi or Raphael Varane. On left back you'll also need a stand-in and future replacement for Assou-Ekotto. Lucas Digne is quality here, as is Dodô (Corinthians). On right back you're more than set with Corluka and Hutton in the first team and Walker coming up.
