most of the physios need to go tbh. poor stats on them. bring in better ones.
can do with some more scouts. try a few from different countries and such.
last years FM i would normally ditch ferdinand and bring in a few others. lost alot of the youth coaches too except ingelthorpe and suckling. suckling is a half decent youth keeper coach and ingelthorpe is a good defensive coach for your defence.
