Squad Harmony Problem

hi guys,
I'm the manager of AS Roma in my second season. This is my team.

I'm doing ok in the game. The problem i have is that my squad harmony level is really low, and this is unsettling a lot of my players and i'm on a pretty bad run at the moment.

I struggled to keep hold of my top players in this latest transfer window, the likes of De Rossi, Mexes, Aquilani, Veloso, Anderson, Juan, Riise and Vucinic.
If i lose these players my team would be crippled.

I am wondering if there is anything you can do to push squad harmony back up??

nothing you can do, time heals, keep the same bunch of players for 6 months and it will go back up

Renewing contracts helpt alot aswell

change your formation mate if your having a bad time with it. it may change things and make your squad happy

Ask them to recommend a particular coach or player and try to sign them it would help

i usualy sell unhappy players that helps too....
