Squad Harmony

Hey guys, my team is very good, but sometimes the 'Squad Harmony' is almost 15% :s
I have excellent players at the starting11 and the others are the backup of the 1st team, I don't know what to do to maintain a good level of my Squad Harmony, any advices?

nothing really, it comes with time, if you go a few months (about 6-12) without signing or selling players it naturally comes.
 
squad harmony is through the roof for me it has never been low. The only games ive been losing are the ones in the champs league. if you perform above expectations and win games it does go up quickly.
 
how do you check what your squad harmony is? like what %
 
Just mantain a good run in the league, keep the same tactic, and don't make to many signings, unless you really have to. Also if a player gets sent off or didnt turn up for training just warn them 1st, then dish out the fines for pesistant offenders.

Its pretty easy to keep good squad harmony if your a good team fighting in the CL like my Bayern team as i wont loose many games in the Bundesliga and always get quite far in the CL, if your a lower league underdog you may find it a bit harder, but if your picking up the results squad harmony should rise after while :D
 
I had the same problem with forest in my 1st and 2nd season in the prem, most of my problems arose from 4 or 5 players wanting 1st team football and 1 or 2 disliked each other, so I either gave them football or sold them, might seem extreme but it worked. There must be some kind of problem somewhere have you checked all your players personal info?

This is annoying aswell especially if you have a big squad its always the rubbish players who you wouldnt even pick for reserve matches that want 1st team football for me, it winds me up.

Also the problem with players not liking eachother is exactly what bomeister said you may have to sell them. I had the problem with arsenal when adebayor didnt like v.persie what a decision to make !!!!! i asked captain fab to sort it out with a player meeting that came back as the squad didnt see the beinfit of it so i just sold adebayor and his fee helped get the signing of aguero so not all bad news :D

But then they're tired during the first few games of the season?XD

and how many games is as many as possible mate?

i do 6 or 7 pre season games and then i organise a tour of countries a few times a year to give reserve and fringe players a chance to play games
 
Well, i've got 10 maybe 11 :S
My team's harmony is proper ****, its not even there, its just a blank bar oO)
 
I really have no idea how this works cos my squad harmony is 70% and I'm in League 2, have been for 3 years with a win percentage of 48% and yet my players are happy, even the ones that aren't playing much? oO)

You may have a point there I guess. I just looked at the world listing of managers and I am in 13th place for number of games played and 13th for number of games won. Okay...thats kinda bizarre to me. I'm in League 2 and yet there's only 12 managers in the world with a better record than me who've been in the job for as long as I have? oO)
