need help i just dont know what else i can do squad harmony is at 70% and will not go any higher ive tried training only on team cohesion & teamwork i only made 1 signing the whole season which was matuidi isit to do with fringe players like nani & young im not able to sell?

im also in december now so its not like its still start of the season

praise palyers when the play good and do monthly meeting also it will take longer than half a season keep going it will get there

been doing that but ill carrry on with it it literally hasnt moved in 3months been stuck on 70% driving me crazy i really think its to do with young & nani & evans not really getting any game time at all just dont trust them buggers lolz i think im better off letting nani & young go for free even

i always sell young 5/6 mill but u may struggle now nani a hard 1 to get rid of evans is can be a really good player give him game time

i know evans is good enough to get game time but overall smalling & jones are the 1s i want to progress with vidic & ferdinand filling in alongside 1 of them in rotation thats why its very hard to offer more then 10 games a season to evans as i usually only use 4 defenders consistently over a season

Why? Young you'll never be able to sell. But Nani is quite good in this FM, and after a successful first season (where my Squad Harmony did indeed get to 100), you should be able to sell Nani for around 70-80 Million $.

You need to be playing well for squad harmony to increase in addition to praising players. Training schedules and contracts also have an impact on how happy your squad is.
