Alright, first off, if this is in the wrong place i'll scream!!! 
But anyway, it's currently the year 2013 and I just took over as Werder Bremen manager, unfortunately i took over after they already started their first game, and looking at the squad there are a lot of injuries and player's unhappy.
This is the current squad at the moment. (Sorry for not putting accents on certain letters)

Quite a long post I know, but basically as many of my players are over 28, some being in the mid 30's...and i personally think this squad is a little too big, with many players just being able to play the same position or not good enough. So thank you for reading/straining your eyes, can you recommend who to get rid of, and if i need replacements.
I haven't chosen a particular tactic yet and i'm aiming for super squad in the future
