How do I get rid of those Uefa squad rules limiting foreign players ect? to create a limitless squad size.

to avoid the foreign (non EU) rules.. try to make other continent to be treated as non foreign nation..
for example, go to spain's nation page, on the foreign player page, make south america, africa, etc. to be treated as EU nations..
of course you need data editor to do this..
