Disappointment in the opening game with a defeat. After a 0-0 Berlin won a controversial penalty and Simon Terodde converted the penalty. Then he scored a wonderful goal after a solo run and then finally Bjorn Jopek scored a free kick. Despite the defeat St.Pauli had more possession at 64%. Not too disheartened about this minor set back.

WOW! exciting game all over this one. Zoltan Stieber cross an early goal in the 4th minute. But, the lead lasted 5 minutes as Tim Sparv scored an own goal in the 9th minute. Zsolt Korcsmar scored a brace in the second half and we found ourself 3-1 down before Jordan Slew scored in the 7th minute and the Rueben Rochina equalised in the 8th minute so send the St . Pauli fans in raptures.

Another defeat. Simply we weren't good enough. In truth, only one thing happened. Wojciech Pollok scored in the 75th minute. We didn't deserve it. Move on to Bochum next.

Fantastic win over inform Bochum. Seen Kreyer had put the visitors 1-0 up in the 41st minute but Jordan Slew equalised in the 48th minute. Bernd Nehrig won and scored a penalty before man of the match and the soon departing Fin Bartels won it. Mirkan Aydin pulled one back at 3-2 but it was too little too late.
