West Ham's hopes of moving to the Olympic Stadium after the 2012 Games in London are dealt a blow by Olympics Minister Tessa Jowell.

I don't think any fans want to move there anyway, but it would help a lot more financially as they'd get better crowds.

They wouldn't be able to fill a 80k capacity ground anyway.

If they are in money debt how the **** would they afford the rental on it in the first place. Man city have to rent their ground but they can afford it.

I think they are making the stadium smaller anyway once the olympics is over
Oh, you're right. Then it seems undersized at just 25000, although obviously the facilities are probably a lot better than at Upton Park.

The worst thing about it is the athletics track, moves spectators so far away from the action, not that great an atmosphere, although it is still possible to create a good atmosphere in stadiums with athletics tracks (Stadio Olímpico to name one).
