Staff and Scouting Knowledge

Help me build a list of scouts/staff with widespread knowledge areas...

Lets try and achieve 100% World Knowledge

I am looking to build a list of staff and the areas they cover, as I always look to cover the globe with scouts and this is achieved quickly with staff having knowledge of these areas...

I will be looking for Staff that have good stats (12+ in 3 out of the 4 areas, Adaptability; Determination; Judging Player Ability; and Judging Player Potential)

Once I have enough scouts for each region I will post the list for everyone to expand their clubs scouting...

I will start the list with my favoured scout... (Scandinavia)

Sounds like a good idea, but it'd be difficult to make to be honest. I would contribute, but I just started a new save so don't have any decent scouts at the moment.
