Staff for the lower leagues?

I'm being Chelmsford, and I go them promoted to the Blue square Bet Premier after my first season. I only have £700 wages left, because of all the players I got, and all I have is 1 coach and 2 scouts. Any ideas on coaches or scouts I can get at all? Thanks lads

Best just to search unemployed coaches with high Determination, Motivation and and Discipline
