does the language knowledge of your staff (eg assman) affect their ability? will an assman who cant speak your teams language be less useful?
 
Not sure, doubt it. I usually hire staff who speak my language for realism though.
 
I think adaptability is more important, I mean if they already speak the language they get adapted quicker but I've never seen a difference.
 
thought this was going to moan about the mods/staff's bad language :) lol

means nothing at all to my knowledge :) they can be fluent in Japanese and Korean and manage in the EPL, it wont affect your team, only your fluency in the languages count :)
